Interactive

People learn the most when their minds are stimulated:

We never just tell you how it is or what to do. Along with running practical exercises and feedback sessions, the trainer’s job is to introduce frameworks and theory and then to manage a discussion in which everyone contributes. Key messages are distilled and learnt both collectively and individually. We encourage peer-to-peer conversation between trainers and those being trained, and the result is an enjoyable, rich and informed discourse.

Individual

Self awareness is the key to personal development:

We focus heavily on giving individual personal feedback and coaching to trainees to embed the learning and build confidence. Confidence is the companion of success. We also create individual work plans for trainees to take tangible actions out of training to make an immediate difference to their workplace and their business results.

Experiential

People learn more by doing than by being told:

Pluvian Experiential Training Our courses balance hands-on learning sessions with theoretical teaching. We use a variety of practical techniques to allow people to learn by doing in a safe training environment. Where possible we use real business situations as training examples.

This makes the learning directly compatible to the business and our courses have been used to solve real business problems.

The Trainers

Pluvian's trainers are independent management consultants who have at least ten years experience in consulting and training senior business managers. They are practitioners; people who actually do what they are teaching and instruct from their own experience.
