How we work

We use a collaborative approach to consulting, which simultaneously gets results and develops your workforce, so you can continue to achieve the same results without us.
Our sole objective is the success of your project. Unlike most consultants we don’t have the concurrent objective of selling more of our colleagues to you.
All our consultants have at least nine years of experience helping organisations to change.
We can bring specific skills to specific projects from the associate network as and when they are needed.

About Charles Curtis

Charles Curtis is a management consultant and management trainer. He specialises in mobilising client teams to deliver rapid efficiency improvements in companies of all sizes. At CSC Index and then as a founding member of the Corven Group, he has over ten years of consulting experience, from strategic analysis to business change and new venture development. Charles has trained senior managers all over the UK, the US and the Sub-continent and established the training and development business at Corven. He has a Masters degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University
